10 Powerful Feminine Energy Hacks to Help You Successfully Achieve Your Goals with Grace and Power12/1/2024 Have you tried to follow the latest goal setting trends? The one where it’s basically hustle culture repainted and redesigned? The one where you have to work on your goals 24/7 and say goodbye to friends (because who needs friends when you have goals am I right?), suppress your feelings to give your goals whatever energy you have and become obsessive over the end goal at any cost? I know I’ve tried this and the only thing I got was burnout, a dysregulated body and no human connection. Did I achieve some of my goals? Absolutely ….. but at what cost? And I didn’t get to achieve all of my goals and the ones I did, weren’t in the way I hoped. I was disregarding my body and my emotions which I paid for once I had nothing left to give. I poured my heart and soul into my goals and a lot of them I realized I didn’t even truly want or cared for. After being so burnt out and ashamed, I gave up and went to the drawing board because there has to be a better way. A way where I can work with my body and emotions and create a plan that makes sense for me and my life. And that’s what I have figured out! Because a lot of the goal setting and goal achieving advice out there was created by men whose bodies don’t go through massive hormonal change every month. They have a better shot at sustaining that energy all month long for months on end but we uterus dawned humans, have our bodies go through massive hormonal changes every 2 weeks that shape how we can move through life. It’s even harder if you’re dysregulated, have chronic illness/pain, adhd and so on. But once you tap into your goddess energy, your feminine energy and work alongside her, you no longer accept the unspoken “what ifs” of your untapped potential, you’ll finally be able to rise up and claim your divine power within! And one of the first steps to manifesting and keeping that life is the skill of using your feminine energy to achieve your goals! Most “how to achieve your goals” or “how to win at life” are created by and meant for men. Can women achieve the same results following those structures? Absolutely! But for a lot of us our bodies make a big impact on how we move in this world and have different responsibilities that make the popular way, just another way to make us fail and feel like shit. There are already so many ways that our world wants to drag us down but through the ability to tune into yourself and access your feminine energy/goddess energy, you are able to redefine how you set your goals and finally achieve them. You are deserving of completing your goals and having that ideal life. You are more than worthy of everything amazing that you want to happen. You just need a little guidance like I did! I won’t be going into how to set your goals up, I went in depth here. I will be continuing the discussion from last week's guide that dove into the murky waters of how you, your life and others derail your success and ways to overcome them so you can succeed! 10 Feminine Hack! 10 Feminine Hacks! HACK #1 ) Learn how to detach from the end goal and allow yourself to believe and trust in the process. To let go and just continue to work on yourself and your goals. You can see results if you have made your markers or touch points along your journey small enough to see. I go into this in the two posts I linked above but essentially where can you see improvement that shows you that you are doing the work? Did you show up for yourself at 5 minutes a day? HACK #2 ) Because if you show up for yourself for even 5 minutes each day (or make one healthy meal at home or stick to that one small boundary) and move yourself closer, even by an inch, you’re going to achieve your goals. By being 1% better than yesterday, at the end of the year you will be 365% better than you were last year (and that doesn’t have to be 1% in the same category each day). This concept goes into more detail in the book, “The Slight Edge” and highly recommend a read or finding summaries online that go over the book in detail so you can understand it deeply. HACK #3 ) By relaxing into the detachment law and believing that it will work out in the end because you are doing at least 5 minutes of work each day, you start to transition into the receiving feminine flow. You know that you are showing up and that speaks to the universe, god, or whomever that you follow that you are ready and able to handle your goals. All you have to do is relax and follow your plan. HACK #4 ) By taking the time to work on you and making you a priority for yourself, you start to radiate this intoxicating energy and aura. People will want to help you achieve your goals or simply be near you with potential connections to also help. Most people are decent people and love helping others reach their goals because it makes them feel good too. There is an exception to this rule and it’s the people who you touch their insecurities or remind them of how they gave up on their dreams and will want to tear you down. They suck and you have to remind yourself that 90% (if not higher) of people when interacting with you are projecting their feelings on if they were in your situation because that’s all they know how to see. If people pleasing is an issue for you, please read this blog post because that one trait will hold you back forever and you deserve more goddess. HACK #5 ) As you start to grow your self respect and confidence by working on yourself in a healthy way, you show people how to treat you by how you treat yourself. This leads into more of becoming your ideal you and developing your self concept that you can read in those posts but this is a wonderful bonus when you start to hone in and tune into your body and scheduling events in your life around your natural rhythm (more on this is a bit). HACK #6 ) As you start to see how working on your goals makes you feel better and finally noticing your results, you become more relaxed knowing you’ll hit your end goal. When you deeply feel yourself giving whatever you can to your goals, your self respect starts to rise and you start to feel confident in yourself because you keep showing not only you but those around you that you are willing and relentless to make your life better. How to increase your feminine energy is by allowing yourself space to have fun! At this point you already have shown yourself that you are working on your goals each day and seeing your results so show yourself some love by having fun! Yes your goals are important but we only get one shot at our life and no one makes it out alive so don’t miss your chance to find joy. Having fun while working on your goals makes you cuter by putting life back into your face and heart! And having fun in life makes you more attractive as a friend/partner and who doesn’t want to have a little more fun in life? Now the tricky part here is finding the balancing act of making sure that you get what you need to get done and finding fun but that will come as you try things out. Everyone has a different way to have fun and balance. For myself to make sure that I don’t loose that balance by making sure when I wake up that I get the most important tasks done as soon as I wake up so by the end of the night I can relax knowing that I got what i needed to done so no excuse to not relax, have fun and be present. HACK #7 ) Continuing with having fun, allow yourself free time!
This is so critical to maintaining your goals and making sure that you can be relaxed and fueled up. There is no harm or shame in needing breaks, our bodies go through crazy changes every couple of weeks so understanding your unique body's rhythm and how to plan around it will greatly impact how you move with your goals. Most men don’t need to have as much down time (some do but talking majority here) because their bodies remain pretty consistent on average so they can subscribe to the whole “grind every day for 18 hours” where us women absolutely can do that but our bodies just simply respond differently afterwards and at different points in the month. For example, after journaling and keeping track of my energy levels over a few months I realized that I’m more creative two weeks and more focused the other two. So I “gift” myself the grace to get as much focused work as I can done in those two weeks and save the more creative elements for the other two for balance. HACK #8 ) Reflecting and releasing go hand in hand as well. When you track your monthly cycle from the previous step, it would be beneficial to also reflect on your emotions and release whatever is not serving you (people, goals, mindsets, items, etc). And I’m not talking about anything elaborate here if that’s not your style. When I was tracking myself, I literally had simple questions and simple answers for the days where I didn’t have energy but also had space to add in more detail if I wanted. I will have a free fillable guide coming out soon to use so this is easier (sign up for the newsletter if you haven’t already to know when it drops)! But I had questions like “Energy Level Today?” and would write either high, mid, low or write out more detail if I wanted. Then questions like “What emotion/kind of work do I find myself gravitating towards todays?” and simply write one emotion or more info. Then something about what has been not fueling me or working in my favor (both externally and internally) and so on. This helps you so much on your journey because even with simple one word answers, you keep unlocking new information about yourself and get to know yourself on a whole new level. HACK #9 ) And getting to know yourself more allows room to be creative for no other reason than to be creative. This can take some time and feel a little silly in the beginning if you don’t feel like you are creative or haven’t had the chance to be creative in your life. I highly suggest playing around with a lot of different ways to be creative to see which one you might like repeating. Please understand that with anything you do and start, you’re going to be terrible at in the beginning. If you’ve never painted before and tried painting to only be met with a tornado of weird images and shapes, THAT'S OK! Don’t think that everyone just starts out being amazing at something. The goal here is to see what makes you go, “hmmm I could do that again” or “I’d try that one more time”. Ways to be creative are endless, things like : writing (books, poetry, songs), drawing, painting, making candles, crochet, macrame, pottery, gardening, making your own medicine, making eco products for your home, decoration (gifts, your home), fashion, dancing, singing and so on! Basically anything that's fun and gets you out of everyday life. And hop around from hobby to hobby! You don’t know what you don’t know until you give it a shot! You’ll also find yourself in creative seasons where you love one hobby for a few years and get to a high level of doing it and then find yourself wanting to try something new and that’s normal! Doesn’t mean you can’t go back, you just want to add in a new skill or creative endeavor and by doing that will help you be even more creative! HACK #10 ) Give yourself permission to add in some play time and have a bit of playfulness in your life! This can be a part of the creativity and/or free time or separate. Maybe you see a beautiful summer rainy day and have the urge to go frolic in it like you did when you were young, GO DO IT!! Don’t worry about what other people think because odds are you’re going to have a big ol smile on your face that will brighten up someone's day and inspire them to do something that will make them smile (and if any bah humbugs, go back to the early point where people project). Maybe it’s going to a ninja gym or karaoke or dancing or running around playfully with your dog or volunteering to play with shelter kittens and puppies. Maybe it’s a fire with some loved ones and sharing a little spooky story or improvising some flamboyant opera while attempting to make some homemade pasta? Just finding something that will make you smile and giggle a little bit will help heal the soul and give you back some energy later and remind you to not take life or your goals too seriously. We only have the privilege to live this life once so make some time to enjoy it however you can. DISCLAIMER : These don’t have to be done every day but hopefully once a week or every other week to give yourself a way to tap into the little you who still wants you to have fun and accomplish everything you thought you would. I believe in you fellow goddess! Don’t give up but rather relax into the feeling of knowing that you have your back and the universe/god/whomever you believe in has also got you! CONCLUSION Remember that most of the mindsets and ways to think about our goals are written by and directed to men. And because men don’t have the wonderful ability to have children (whither you use or can use this doesn’t matter here, if you have a uterus you're who I’m talking to) you simply move through life differently because our hormones change every month and if not regulated (like most goddesses I meet) then being able to be in the calm, focused mind to get your goals done, makes everything so much harder.. Not to mention if you have ADHD, chronic pain, dependents, etc it just adds on to the cart that you have to drag around everyday but that’s for another guide coming soon! By utilizing your feminine energy and having an inherent understanding of you and your body, you are able to achieve your goals in a way that works with you and not against you. Remember to ask yourself, “what could I become and accomplish if I embraced the energy of the goddess within?” because I for one would love to see who you become. Remember that you are beyond worthy of anything you want in life. Let’s stick together and cheer each other on my fellow goddess!
