90% of people fail their goals and manifestations by the second Friday of starting but after reading this guide, that won't be us.

Because a lot of people operate out of the wrong place….. aka only focusing on the action that they need to in order to achieve their end state…..

Not the reality of what they want to achieve. Let me explain…

Because changing how you think while working/achieving your goal or manifestation will create the result that you want.

I am going to use manifestation from here on but you can change it be your goal if you want. They are basically the same thing. You still need to work towards your manifestation just like a goal.

Action becomes difficult when you are forcing yourself into something that goes against your inner truth.

But if you focus on fixing you and your reality then the action becomes easy because it’s just something that you do and are. It moves with you rather than against you.

People struggle to manifest new year's resolutions due to not focusing on where they really need to be internally to create that manifestation. 

People usually operate on their “human self” instead of operating from your inner goddess self. The one who knows that they can achieve anything.

Many religions speak about how god is within you, and even though I’m not christian, here is an example of that: 

“Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from god, and you are not your own.” - Corinthians 6:19

You have the power within you to create the life you want and to realize your manifestations. You might just need to be shown a way to help you awaken your sleeping power. 

If you focus on the physical plane through an action, it does generate results but that action is only controlled by the ego/human brain and using up your finite willpower each day when there is an EASIER way to get done what you want.

Once you unlock this ability to change how you think, all of your actions that help guide you towards your end goal/manifestation will be easy and effortless because it works with your new reality.

Your reality is an illusion and is one you control. Nothing outside of you can control your reality.

You make it. You pick your frequency and your frequency controls your reality by controlling your actions. I will explain this more in a bit.

You can’t out hustle your frequency, your state of mind, your reality.

You have to change your mind and motivation to come from somewhere deeper and better.

Because once you no longer accept the unspoken “what ifs” of your untapped potential, you’ll finally be able to rise up and claim your divine power within!

WELCOME FELLOW GODDESS!

Hello and welcome to the Goddess Energy Academy where I, Angel, help others awaken their power within to craft and create a life that is as beautiful and unique as the goddess that makes it. 

And one of the first steps to manifesting and keeping that life is the skill of using manifestation properly to achieve any goal you want to accomplish.

Because you can’t wish and pray yourself out of where you are. You have to take action on your goals and manifestations. 

A lot of people don’t realize that you need to change your mind and where your motivation is coming from to be from somewhere deeper and stronger. 

To expand on why you need to change where your manifestations and goals are coming from, which is the first step, take this example :




    Say you want to create true, sustainable, long lasting wealth but you still operate internally from a poor mindset and identity. You’ll unknowingly sabotage yourself to get you back down to a level that your subconscious mind can predict or you won't feel comfortable taking risks or spending money on opportunities that will give you 10x returns because you are working from a scarcity mindset and don’t want to risk losing anything. 

    Or say you want to be healthy and stick to whatever meal plan is going to be right for you but then you feel internally unhealthy or undeserving of being healthy. At the first sign of discomfort or somehow proving your hidden truths (someone saying something negative or triggering you to trip up), you’ll revert and feel worse about yourself. You start to shame spiral because how could you think you could stick to something?

When your feelings are in direct contrast with what your goals are, you are most likely going to fail in the long run.

And no one deserves to fail like that especially when the solution to making your manifestations come true and stick is building up this one skill.

What skill you might ask? Well sweet soul, keep reading and I will share with you that skill specifically and some common mistakes (from myself and others) make when doing this.

MANIFESTATION STEPS & MINDSET SHIFTS

The first thing is to understand that the frequency you operate out of (basically your minds base emotion, your beliefs, your identity, conviction and what you emotionally believe you deserve) controls your intuition that controls what you feel compelled to do (consciously or subconsciously) that controls your actions and your actions control your reality. 

Basically 

Frequency (mind, beliefs, identity, conviction, emotional state of deserving) → Intuition → compelled to do → action → reality that you see and experience

Because how you see the world gets filtered through your mind so you might be in a positive experience but your shaming frequency base tells you that you aren’t good enough to be here and start trash talking yourself to take away from the positive experience to make you see reality in the shame view and not the real view. (This is super common so don’t feel some type of way about it, you’re here to grow and overcome sweet soul. You are deserving of happiness, please keep reading!).

And the key here is understanding the importance of conviction because conviction is what can make or break your life. Conviction is essentially how hard or strongly you believe in something. 

If you believe you are a failure then you will act like a failure and you will experience failure in your reality. If you believe you are a victim, you will act as a victim and your reality will be that. 

Your reality is how you see the world around you and what you believe about what you see and feel. 

If you want to change how your life is then you need to change how you feel and believe the world to be. 

Because there are people out there who have half your talent, skill, empathy, and ability that are getting 5x what you get in life simply because they have 10x more belief in themself than you. 

BUT you cannot experience a different reality until you first create a change internally. 

I have written a post about you to change your vibrational frequency that you can read here but a quick example of this can be seen below.

  • If your Frequency/Identity = unfit and shamed by it so → you feel like you need to get fit and want to be better so → you go against your belief and use all your will power to act healthy. But since you are only using your finite willpower, you ultimately fail which then leads you to → believing that you are unfit and confirm your reality of you never going to be healthy/fit to further give you proof that you are. INSTEAD you need to adopt the belief that you are fit and on the beginning path of your fit journey. Taking every win to be reaffirming it and on the bad days, giving yourself some grace and having the courage to say I’ll be better tomorrow because fit people don’t give up and this is just one day in my life of being fit. You also would know to ask yourself if this is what a healthy person would do and then act that way.
  • If you are fit frequency → you feel compelled to do healthy things → you do healthy actions because you feel compelled due to conviction → confirms you are fit. You feel fit all the time even on “bad days”.
  • Abundant person has the frequency of abundance → conviction of everything working out and always having more coming → will act from a place of knowing and feeling worthy → will act in best interest and will do what you know you should do to become abundant because you’ll see it all around. You’ll have no resistance. You’ll be excited and then that creates your reality aka your feeling of being abundant.
You cannot start at the end goal and expect to get different results when you didn’t change anything else. You have to start at the beginning. 

How you talk to yourself also dictates how you can change your actions and identity. 

If you are saying “good things take time” or “I will” or “I’m going to“, those are all future based. 

You have to change your identity to be at the end to actually make you become it. 
By becoming it, you do it.
Good things don’t take time, you make time. You are, to become.
I know it will feel stupid and weird in the beginning but why not feel stupid in the beginning to guarantee you become it later?

3 Ways to Make Your Manifestations Work
  1. Prioritize entering your Desired Reality - mentally before taking physical action.

    Feel what it would be like to be that person. Think about what they do each day to make them successful. Think about how they would think about their actions that they need to take each day to be that person. Research if you don’t know how. There are tons of “day in my life” videos showing you how people live all kinds of lifestyles for you to gain inspiration on. 
  2. Claim your Desired Reality Now

    Visualize you living in the end state now. Again there are videos online to help you start this process because it can take some imagination but the more you do this, the easier it will be. 

    FEEL THIS DEEPLY! When you visualize you living in your desired reality and walking through a typical day, FEEL what you think you’d feel during each event. If your dream is to be an author, feel what it would be like to sit down in your dream home or current home writing out your next novel and with every page you draft up, the feeling of calm and pride wash over you. If it’s to open up your own gym, feel what it would be like to wake up and head into your gym to turn on the lights and smile as your employees start piling in. Whatever it is, feel and see what it would be like on an ordinary day because not all days in your desired reality are going to be this big event or celebration. You must know what your ordinary is to be happy moving forward. This also helps you to see what your everyday actions are going to look like which will be important in the next step.

  3. Take action embodying it ASAP and consistently!
    Get started! This does take practice but don’t give up and remind yourself of why you are doing this. Start to do the actions of what you just visualized and start making progress on your manifestations and goals. When stuck, simply ask yourself “What would a gym owner/writer/fit person/small business owner/programmer do right now?” and then try it out.

HOW TO GET STARTED 
  1. Based on the book “The Winner Effect”, they conducted studies where they set mice up against each other. They had one mouse achieve a small goal/win right before going into this and the other one didn’t. The one who had a small achievement before the fight won the fight and many after. Mike Tyson, after coming back from prison, his manager wanted him to create a winning streak right out the gate. So his manager made his first two fights back to be “easier” wins to create a winning streak and gain confidence in the king again and again. Which happened.
  2. The book shows how by making these little achievable goals in the beginning allows you to keep winning and create a winning streak.
  3. So if you think achieving any part of your manifestations is too hard to create a little win in the beginning then try somewhere else in your life where you can create a little win - like taking a shower or cleaning your room or going to an event (doesn’t matter how the event goes, it's a win that you even left and showed up 😊) to help kickstart your winning streak. Or if the goal is too big then breaking it down small enough to be able to see little wins as soon as possible.
  4. You’ll still get the effect in your body of winning and will help your winning streak kick off point. 
  5. That’s how you not only prove to yourself & your subconscious mind but also the universe that you not only can get your end goal but that you will get there because you now have proof of you achieving something. 
Example : Say your goal is to make 1 million a month in profit but you currently make 0$.
Well you’re going to fail your manifestation because your subconscious mind only knows your base of making 0$. 
Making a million is a huge goal and not an easy win to achieve so you have to work backwards to a point where you can say “oh yeah I can totally make 10$ profit next month” and then the following month say “oh yeah I can make 20$” and keep going.
You want an “oh yeah totally” and not a weak “ehhhhh maybe?”
So use science to help back your manifestations, goddess!

By reframing your identity and making your goals small enough to achieve, this helps increase your self confidence too. 
And confidence is the elixir of manifestation.
You have to FEEL your identity be true and FEEL your manifestations coming to life to have them manifest.
Focus on how it's coming true, not any negatives that might come up. 
Energy flows where focus goes so focus on the positive wins and ways that you are becoming your ideal you and soon enough you’ll be there!
Remember to ask yourself, “what could I become and accomplish if I embraced the energy of the goddess within?” because I for one would love to see who you become.

Remember that you are beyond worthy of anything you want in life.
