Ever wondered how some people seem to have it all? Not only that, but seem to get it with ease and grace? Because are you someone who feels lost in life or has way too many goals/dreams that you whined up feeling overwhelmed? At the end of the day, both people have something in common. Not making any real progress in their life. Well my sweet fellow Goddess I have great news! I have learned and tested their magical method to unlock your ideal health, wealth and happiness manifestations. The steps below show how simple it is to achieve your dream life and finally start to work towards your dreams and see progress! By using this guide, you can become exceptional and change your life! Question For You Sweet Soul... Let me know if this is something you’ve experienced before
Or maybe you’ve tried out 4 different workout routines with no results or you started business plans for your side hustle that you squeeze in between life and/or set a lofty goal of meeting 10 people a day who must all instantly like you. Oh and also learn a language, start a new hobby, find the best cleaning routine for your space and on and on and on. It feels like we have to do a million things and be a million different people all over the span of one day. Because all these people say that they’re happy by doing x, y and z and if you just follow my 50 step, rigorous plan then you too can look and feel and receive everything that they have. And it sucks when you can’t follow it because you are living your life that’s already full of obligation, personal health limitations and access to a limited amount of resources. And yet you know you can be and will be great, you just need some guidance. But by focusing on a million different goals and spreading yourself too thin, all you’re doing is wasting your time and wearing yourself out. Well, my fellow goddess, I have been there and read hundreds of books and listened to countless hours of podcasts and videos. To find this one method is actually suited for you and tailored to your interests and lifestyle. And I’ve been LOVING it and would love for you to give it a shot to be able to live a life you are not only proud of but one that has you radiating confidence in your choices. This guide allows you to find your purpose in life or at the very least give you an opportunity to test out what you think it could be and give it your all! You can at least say you gave it a chance, right? Your future you will be so grateful that you took a chance because by going on this journey, you will 100% learn so much about yourself and acquire new skills. And skills are the one thing that no one can take away from you. So let’s get into it already!! 6 STEPS Step 1) Get to know yourself deeply and personally! Now this concept really works if you have already done some soul searching about understanding who you are and who you want to be. This is probably the hardest thing you’ll have to figure out but you can read this article here to get a head start and sign up for my newsletter (you’ll get an email a week…if that lol) to get all the future lessons that dive into this topic deeper. But please don’t skip this step because if you don’t have a solid understanding of who you are and who you want to be then the following steps aren’t going to work.
Or worse yet, by not having a firm foundation of you and your reasons, you’ll be swayed off track by someone's uneducated opinion of you and your life or you’ll lose steam. By really getting to know yourself (with zero judgment please fellow goddess), this allows you to feel confident in yourself and have access to untapped motivation. Because most people spend their lives jumping from one thing to the next, hoping that they land on the island of joy… To only not realize that if they don’t take a step back and look at themselves stripped down and analyze firstly what they do and don’t like, then someone or something will decide for you and it could be a bad path for you that leads to heartache and sadness. People are always running after what they think they want, which is usually what they feel like they should be doing, rather than what they truly want. Step 2) Now that you have an idea of who you want to be, Figure out a health goal! Ask yourself, what is one health goal that you want to completely focus on for the next 3 years? It can be getting your health back on track, tackling a health ailment, starting and mastering a type of workout or even healing your relationship with food. Whatever the one healthy thing is, once you decide to focus fully on that goal, you will be so motivated and so grateful and proud of yourself. Have it be whatever is the most important health thing going on in your life right now and forget all the other “must” do’s and trending this or that. Now it doesn’t have to be super specific. For example, my current health goal is to start and master a martial art. Now do I know which one yet? Nope, I am in the beginning phase of trying a bunch of different free classes and seeing what types are out there and what connects with me the most. But once I find one, I plan on having that be my only real health goal because I have done this for the past 3 years with getting my autoimmune issues figured out and manageable. Before that I spent a few years healing my relationship with food and moving past my ED. Does that mean I don’t have flare ups or sometimes struggle with ED thoughts? Of course not, I’m human and still have bad days… But because I went on those journey’s, I now have a better handle on them and have tools to help me get back on track. Whatever you decide is not something that has to last forever. Just for a little while. And if 3 years seem like a long time, use my mindset trick of referring to years as a percentage of my life. So on average, if we don’t have any crazy events that happen, we can live pretty close to our late 90’s. But because I’m bad at math and ok with estimates, I equate 1 year to 1% of our life. So 3 years to me is like 3% of my life. I’m currently 30 years old and whenever I feel old I remind myself that I’m only 30% into my life and I have a lot of life ahead of me. And if something really isn’t clicking after you’ve really given it a chance and gotten through the beginner stage (because the first few months of starting anything is going to be the hardest to maintain and the easiest excuse to give in before you give yourself a chance) and still don’t like it, you can find peace in knowing that it’s not for you and you tried your best so time to move on to something else. You basically restart the cycle and now know something more about yourself and can have that experience to go back to. You gain more confidence in yourself because you are giving it a shot. And sometimes the goal you set can be completed in less time than the 3 years but by giving yourself a long time period to complete something, it makes it feel less stressful because … “MOST PEOPLE OVERESTIMATE WHAT THEY CAN DO IN A YEAR AND UNDERESTIMATE WHAT THEY CAN ACCOMPLISH IN 10.” 10 Years is a bit too long for me so I like the idea of 3 years and then assessing at that point on if I want to continue or change lanes. But do whatever feels right for you. Step 3) Figure out a wealth goal! You are basically going to do the exact same thing that you did in the health step but for your wealth goals. Is it figuring out
Whatever it is, it has to ring deep into your soul and make you want to actively work towards it because of the relief, joy, freedom or whatever emotion that drives you. But the key part is the emotion. Emotion is the backbone to all of your life changing moments in your life. Because something can be logical and you still meet it with resistance because it doesn’t “feel” right. But when something is logical (like finding a system to reach a goal) and having it “feel” right, then there will be nothing that stops you Goddess! Step 4) Figure out a happiness goal! This is again, a repeat of the prior two steps but for your overall happiness. Things that can land here are goals like
Find something that will bring some joy to your life and start testing them out. There are no wrong answers here if it matters to you! Step 5) Figure out a way to keep yourself accountable on the hard days. Try repeating this mantra that honestly saves me waaaayyy too much of the time, “Consistency over intensity”. It is always, always, always better to do the action for 5 minutes or 5 steps or 1 paragraph written or whatever it is at a low effort than to skip days and wait until you can crank out intensity and get it all done in one sitting. It is far more beneficial to build up a habit than to just get something done at the last minute because you’re building this habit to benefit your whole life and not just for this 1% or even 0.05% of your life. You matter and your goals are worthy and you can have your dreams. So show up for yourself sweet goddess! Step 6) Have a plan for helping you stay motivated & benchmarks for rewards! I keep myself motivated by signing up for other blogs that send me advice and friendly reminders. I’m subscribed to youtube channels that are all geared to my 3 goals. I have 3 different vision boards for each of my goals (so that way if I complete my health goal, I don’t have to redo the whole board and just switch out that one). A vision board is just a visual representation of your goals because a picture is worth a 1000 words right? It’s easier to fine tune your research when you only have 1 topic rather than 50. So having a vision board for literally just my martial arts goals is so easy to make and to research around for tips to help me improve. And allows me to ignore the constant, “you should be doing yoga for the best weight loss” to only be replaced a week later with “Forget yoga, pilates is what will save your life and fix all your problems” to whatever else will come next. I can ignore the static and hone in on what matters to me for right now. If something sparks my interest that isn’t currently one of my goals, I’ll add it to a list of what my next health goals can be and will return to it later. Because again, you aren’t committing to this for forever, just for right now so you can get to all the cool things that you want. But don’t you want to fully feel the effects of something before hoping off and starting something else? Because if you don’t, you’ll always be in the frustrating state of “beginner mode”. THEN create a timeline or benchmarks for when you hit a level on your goal that you will reward yourself with. Make sure it’s something that aligns with your goals and that you want. For example, you don’t want to have a reward for having a binge/cheat meal weekend when your health goal is to heal your relationship with food. Maybe try something like finally getting a membership to a dance studio or taking a cooking class where you can meet new people or going on a health retreat. Don’t have your rewards be a step back but rather be a step forward or a side step. You’ve worked too hard to allow yourself to self sabotage like that. Love yourself enough to see through it and be your ideal you. Wrapping it all up So your steps are to figure out a health, wealth, and happiness goal to strive towards for the next 3 to 5 years that actually connect with you to your core. By having it connect to your core/soul, you are giving yourself a deep why to hold onto when it gets tough or when you find yourself in a plateau or hitting a slump. Stop feeling lost and confused and wondering why you are working on something. You deserve more in life. You deserve your ideal future. By going on this journey of understanding you and what you actually want, you now have something to work on for the next 3-5 years that no matter what will get you closer to happiness. No matter what, you’re closer to joy and a life that you truly want and not in the same spot that you were in 3-5 years ago. I know I will be able to look back 3 years from now and know that I really have changed for the better. I don’t want to waste another 3 years. Do you? Closing Message :) Remember that you are beyond worthy of anything you want in life. Let’s stick together and cheer each other on my fellow goddess! I believe in you sweet soul and until next time, I wish you peace, strength and hope. ~Love Angel
