90% of people fail their goals and manifestations by the second Friday of starting but after reading this guide, that won't be us.

Because a lot of people operate out of the wrong place….. aka only focusing on the action that they need to in order to achieve their end state…..

Not the reality of what they want to achieve. Let me explain…

Because changing how you think while working/achieving your goal or manifestation will create the result that you want.

I am going to use manifestation from here on but you can change it be your goal if you want. They are basically the same thing. You still need to work towards your manifestation just like a goal.

Action becomes difficult when you are forcing yourself into something that goes against your inner truth.

But if you focus on fixing you and your reality then the action becomes easy because it’s just something that you do and are. It moves with you rather than against you.

People struggle to manifest new year's resolutions due to not focusing on where they really need to be internally to create that manifestation. 

People usually operate on their “human self” instead of operating from your inner goddess self. The one who knows that they can achieve anything.

Many religions speak about how god is within you, and even though I’m not christian, here is an example of that: 

“Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from god, and you are not your own.” - Corinthians 6:19

You have the power within you to create the life you want and to realize your manifestations. You might just need to be shown a way to help you awaken your sleeping power. 

If you focus on the physical plane through an action, it does generate results but that action is only controlled by the ego/human brain and using up your finite willpower each day when there is an EASIER way to get done what you want.

Once you unlock this ability to change how you think, all of your actions that help guide you towards your end goal/manifestation will be easy and effortless because it works with your new reality.

Your reality is an illusion and is one you control. Nothing outside of you can control your reality.

You make it. You pick your frequency and your frequency controls your reality by controlling your actions. I will explain this more in a bit.

You can’t out hustle your frequency, your state of mind, your reality.

You have to change your mind and motivation to come from somewhere deeper and better.

Because once you no longer accept the unspoken “what ifs” of your untapped potential, you’ll finally be able to rise up and claim your divine power within!

Vibrational Frequency Explained: How to Raise Your Frequency and Maintain it to go from Stuck to Thriving!

What Makes Your Frequency Level So Important? 

Your frequency, whether you know it or not, sets the tone for your life and what you will allow to enter. 

If you are stuck at a lower frequency, you won't be equipped to handle any of the higher frequency gifts that the universe sends your way (either from your vision board, manifestations, wishes or just gifting you to see where you are on your journey).

Or if you self sabotage by denying the gifts thinking you aren’t worthy enough or strong enough to receive it or aren’t on a level to see the gifts that come into your life. 

I was personally stuck here for far too long and wondering why my manifestations weren’t working.

Then I learned about frequencies and how you can change your life and reality in an instant by the power of your thoughts ……. and I understand how crazy that can sound if you haven’t learned or been exposed to this thought process.

Let me explain.

This doesn’t mean that you can change your past or your appearance or something crazy.
 
It just means that you can see the possibility of moving forward in any direction because nothing is stopping you. 

Whatever reason you think you can’t do something is due to you thinking like that. 

Don’t believe me? 

Go look up examples of people who have the same kind of demographic/situation as you and read their success stories. 
Your path can be extremely hard because of the circumstances that you were born into but that doesn’t dictate your future.

You might just have to work harder than your peers and it sucks (coming from someone who has been abused in every way, two mentally unstable parents and grew up in poverty) but do you want to keep living life like how you are now or do you want to give yourself the chance of becoming something more?

Understand that our reality is a direct reflection of the beliefs we have about who we are and how we fit into this world.

There are 8 billion people on this planet which means there are 8 billion realities.

A native Japanese person has a completely different reality to mine due to social upbringing, culture, their gender, their sexuality, their trauma, etc. They have a different view on how the “normal” world works from me so we inherently see the world differently.

It’s in our mind because how else can someone be poor, have been abused and broken but still want to help others and be content with their life and not want more because they have what they need already within themselves (a monk for example).
 
While another person who has gone through the same life can be turned into a constant victim who blames everyone for their life or go the other way and turn into a villain to enact their pain onto others.

The only difference is being courageous to look at yourself honestly (self awareness) and accepting who you are and then consciously choosing who and how you want to show up as.
By going through this process you increase your frequency (more detail below).

Your past doesn’t equal your future. You have more power than you think.

This can be as easy or as hard as you want it to be. 

This does take time and practice and you need to make a new habit (tips on this later) but the sooner you work on it, the longer you get to benefit from the fruits of your labor … and don’t you want peace, freedom, love, etc sooner?

By raising your frequency you get to live in those states more.

Because everything in life is a reflection of your frequency. 
If you’re stuck in an anger state then you will only experience anger.

Your self identity is your frequency and your frequency is your reality. 

The next guide will go into this deeper but basically if you believe “I’m broken and worthless” - aka your low frequency - you only see/gravitate towards experiences to prove you are broken and worthless (self sabotage cycle). 

I understand how painful that sounds. 
I’ve been there and it hurts but you must be strong enough to overcome those emotions and choose that you are not broken and you are deserving of a beautiful life.

Who you are and what your personality is, is flexible.

Because once you no longer accept the unspoken “what ifs” of your untapped potential, you’ll finally be able to rise up and claim your divine power within!

Amy dreams of having her own business, one where she works for herself and makes her money so she doesn’t have to wake up at the crack ass of dawn to sit in a car for an hour while baking in the sun to only be yelled at by her boss for something she didn’t even do. She has all the energy to do it but has no idea where to start.

I was driving 45 minutes one way in end to end traffic to a soulless job, living with terrible health, having sweat-inducing finances and a family life that was driving me to a cliff edge at any moment. 

“This can’t be what life is meant to feel like…right?” I whispered into the noisy nightly traffic commute home where I had to set up to host people I didn’t even like.

“There has to be another way” I plead into the honking echoes of angry drivers. 

So I vowed that I would start the journey of figuring out how to take control of my life and live differently.

I was FED UP with not being the person I thought I would be……well I had no idea who that was but I just knew that who I am now, was not it. 

I wanted to be someone who was confident, felt amazing in their skin, knew what she wanted to pursue in life and found purpose. 

I wanted to have so much self respect that whenever anyone talked to me, they could feel it and respected me with the same energy. 

I wanted to be proud, but currently, I wasn’t even happy. 

That overwhelming feeling led me to go on this wild journey of healing and awakening. 
It cost a lot of tears and a lot of thinking but ultimately I am so proud to say that it is WORTH IT. 

Worth the tears and worth the hours spent reading and learning.

I can say that I am choosing who to show up as everyday and even on my bad days, I still have respect for myself because I know I’ll bounce back and that it’s normal. I know that the following day will be even better because I know what I’m working towards.

By actively choosing who you want to become, you start to create focus and work on things everyday with new meaning. 

There are a lot of dopamine studies that show that when you have a goal and are working towards it, you start to naturally produce healthy dopamine which aids you in finding joy in all the little things you find yourself doing everyday. 

For example, doing the dishes used to annoy you but now that you have an ideal person who has a clean and tidy home, you view the action of doing your dishes as something your ideal you does, so you find a way to make it enjoyable. 
By either listening to music, watching a show, lighting a candle, talking to someone on the phone, etc. 

As you do the chore, you gain self confidence and respect for yourself because you’re doing and living as your ideal you and once the task is done, you can see how you are one step closer to being that person and dopamine gets released. 

Due to that dopamine being released, you now start feeling ok towards doing the dishes, it’s no longer a huge burden but rather just something that you do to show yourself you are that ideal and more dopamine gets released.
