There are so many things that need to get done in one day and trying to manage all of our responsibilities on top of trying to better our lives and work towards something that will make our lives better feels like a never ending mountain. 
Wouldn't it be great to have a personal assistant to help with the cognitive workload of day to day tasks and researching best ways for you?

In this guide, I’ll show you how to use ChatGPT to transform every area of your life—because we’re all in this together, and it’s time for us to shine!

I have been using ChatGPT since its debut and it has only gotten smarter and easier to use. 
AND there is a free version which is the only one I’ve used and love it.

Because that’s what you can use ChatGPT for. 
It can help you in so many wonderful ways so if this is your first time dabbling with AI or looking for some more ideas, keep on reading to see the different ways it can help your life!

I absolutely love using ChatGPT for helping me set my goals once I figured out who I wanted to become (check out the “How to choose my Ideal me" guide) and asked it to help me come up with mile markers to track my success.
It relieved so much brain power and time to help make me act faster on my goals. 
Here are some other ways!
  • Journaling for Self-Discovery: “Help me brainstorm 10 journal prompts to reflect on my values and priorities.”
  • Organizing Your Life: “Create a weekly schedule for me that includes work, self-care, and fitness.”
  • Goal Setting: “Break down my goal of starting a new hobby into small, actionable steps I can take this month.”
  • Local Events & Restaurants: Fine tuned to your dietary, distance, price points and themes
  • Product Comparing: Can help you draft out comparisons between anything you want to buy based on any parameters that you want like skin type if skin care or price point or functionality or if it will fit in your space or environmentally friendly or any combo!
  • Event/Party Planning: It can help you draft up your entire event, provide grocery lists, timelines, games and more! Allowing you to focus on what really matters. 
  • Weekly Schedules : From planning out and tasking chorus to organizing all the events for you and family to integrating work and home life priorities. ChatGPT can help you make sense out of everything you need to get done in a week for you. Just load all the things you need to do and accomplish and it will make you the best schedule or you can give it tweaks to remake it in any way that you want.

I loved being able to use ChatGPT to help me customize my resume and cover letter for each job that I was applying to. It took hours off of my resume working time to help me get back to relaxing and spending time with my loved ones knowing that I didn’t need to stress about how my resume looked. 
  • Resume & Cover Letter Assistance: “Write a cover letter tailored to a job in marketing that highlights my creativity and teamwork skills.”
  • Business Brainstorming Partner: “Suggest 5 content ideas for my coaching business targeting women seeking personal growth.”
  • Time-Saving Hacks: “Help me create a template for a project update email.”
  • Skill Learning Plan : Needing to learn a new skill that will help you land that promotion? ChatGPT has got your back by creating your skill plan and give you quizzes, pointers and identify weak points. 
  • Give Advice As [insert name] : Wondering what Alex Hormozi would say to you for this sales advice? Have your chat memic him and ask your questions! Or were you thinking Oprah? Have it act like her to gain some nuggets of hope.

ChatGPT has helped me plan activities for when my family comes to visit and is currently helping me plan my Japan trip (learning relevant travel Japanese as well!).

  • Packing Assistance: “Make a packing list for a 2-night trip to the mountains.”
