How EMBRACING YOUR INNER GODDESS will TRANSFORM into your IDEAL LIFE

Imagine a life where you radiate self-assurance and embrace your unique strengths. This is not just about being confident; it's about awakening your inner goddess who provides you with unwavering strength, wisdom, and grace.


When you tap into your inner goddess, you become unstoppable. You no longer let fear or self-doubt hold you back from pursuing your goals and dreams. Instead, you step into your power and take bold, inspired actions.


Embracing your inner goddess is not always easy, but it is a journey worth taking. It starts with recognizing your worth and embracing all that makes you special. Celebrate your achievements, big and small, and acknowledge the incredible goddess you are.


But I bet you’re wondering why I am so passionate about this mindset, so passionate that I made a whole ass YouTube channel about it. Well let me share with you how this changed my life for the better!
  1. Have you always dreamed of becoming someone different? Someone better? Well by using this one mindset shift, you can be & heres how.
    1. I use to have no confidence, a people pleaser, and sadly a pick me for a few years to name a few. I wasn’t happy in my own skin and my mind was a battlefield littered with past mistakes and the echos of the painful memories of my past BUT I knew that I deserved more and that I could find my version of happiness.
    2. I didn’t know how I was going to do this but I knew it was possible because I see others doing it and making their dream lives materialize into reality. I saw it through other beautiful YouTubers, biographies and vlogs. So I set off on my journey of learning how to make that happen.
  2. One method for doing this that many studies have proven to help you start achieving your dreams was to use the identity hacking/shifting. Being able to use this method has done wonders for so many and is a really easy first step to becoming your ideal you.
    1. How this works is by assuming the personality of the person who you believe has the skills, mindset, abilities that will get that done for you easily. For example I like to pretend to be Natacha Océane when I workout because I know how hard she works and always pushes herself physically but always looks like she is having thee most fun ever and I know me. I’m not happy when I have to workout but when I shift into the headspace of Natasha I am no longer me and instead having a blast working out like if I was Natasha.
    2. It allows you to step out of your mind and headspace and instead play around with the headspace of another. It can help take some resistance out of starting or doing the tasks that get you closer to who your ideal is
  3. You can do this by shifting into someone else like a celebrity in order to act the way you want to act
    1. Obvy you want to pick the best qualities in that person and still know that you are you but allowing yourself to walk in someone else's shoes, you are able to look at the tasks that you originally didn’t like and see it through their eyes. Gain a new perspective and see how “easy” it is to do.
    2. Then with time you’ll be able to start to feel your emotions shift towards that activity in a new light.
    3. For example, I am currently utilizing this approach with editing these videos. I find it to be tedious and boring for the first walk through of editing out pauses and mistakes but I know I need to get it done. So I learned from this podcast that was talking about this shifting that I can pretend to be like another YouTuber and edit in their style. It makes that task seem more fun to me and reduce the friction that I originally had and made it fun. It helped to give me direction when editing because if you are new to something it can feel daunting to start because you don’t know where to start. But by being another person who has already started, then you already have the start line mapped out. By also editing in other people fashion I will be able to see what aspects I like and don’t like which will help shape my unique way of editing as I continue to do this.
    4. I’m trying this out with editing because with my earlier example of working out like Natasha, I now like to walk and I walk almost every day. I only really take days off if I’m battling cysts from PCOS or any of my other autoimmune issues but I get so excited to be able to get back to walking and only really take days off if I REALLY can’t walk which isn’t often. 6 months ago you couldn’t get my butt up off the couch to walk but now, you can’t get me to sit the fuck dowwwn lmao It takes time but I promise if you stick with it and know that by doing this action, it moves you closer to your goals. And who doesn’t like to see and feel progress that they’ve made!
  4. Now if this seems weird I have another method which is to create your ideal version of yourself (which I have a full in depth video that you can watch here on tips on how to do this effectively)
    1. This allows you to sit down and really figure out what your ideal life looks like, how your ideal you physically looks like, how your ideal you feels like everyday, how your ideal you has fun, where they live and what friends they have and so on.
    2. This step can be a bit harder if you don’t know what you want your ideal life and person to be so using the step of identity hacking with well known people is an easier first step because you can try on that identity to see what parts of that identity feels right or doesn’t feel right. Obvy be safe doing this and use your common sense. Don’t put yourself in harms way and do these habits in a healthy manor.
    3. You can also apply that here by trying on your ideal you and seeing what fits and what doesn’t if you already have an idea of how your ideal you is.
    4. The goal here isn’t to nail your ideal you or your inner goddess as I like to refer to her as, on the first go because what you think is best might not be what you really want. So go into this with the mindset that it’s ok to change and to morph and grow as you learn what you really do and don’t like.
    5. This is the time where you can cherry pick your personality to be more confident, more self assured, funnier, wittier, etc. You can change up your style, your wardrobe, your make up if that’s your vibe and so on.
  5. Once you have an idea of who you’d like to be, act as if you are her (because you are) TODAY and sooner rather than later you will become her without caring about what anyone else has to think (watch this video on tips on how to deal with the others opinions and know deep down that those opinions don’t matter.)
    1. This your time to wake up your inner goddess and take control of your life and make your dreams come true because it is possible because I’m currently doing and living it now!
    2. Yes it keeps changing but it’s changing in all the right ways and I want this feeling that I am having for you! Because you are worth it and worth becoming your best you whatever that is.
I want you to feel powerful and beautiful and living your best life because happy people make the world a better place for all.
