What follows is not a collection of random exercises but a carefully sequenced journey that builds your intuitive muscles progressively, creating neural pathways that make accessing your intuition as natural as breathing.

Step 1: Create Your Intuition Sanctuary (Days 1-7)

Your mind cannot hear what your intuition whispers when surrounded by noise.

The modern woman lives bombarded by input—notifications, opinions, should-dos, and constant comparison. Your intuition hasn't abandoned you; it's simply been drowned out.

Begin by creating sacred space—both external and internal—where intuition can emerge from hiding.

This involves:

The Digital Darkness Practice: For the first 90 minutes after waking and the last 90 minutes before sleep, create a technology-free zone. This isn't just about screen time; it's about reclaiming the liminal spaces where intuition naturally speaks loudest. 

You can journal, read, walk, workout, listen to music, talk and connect with others or give some quality time to the ones you love (furry and human!). 

Allowing yourself calmness will feel overwhelming at first if you haven’t done it in a while, or ever. When my thoughts are running wild with to-dos and things I need to remember, I simply write them in a little notebook to get back to later and remind myself that I’ll get to it now that I have it written down so I can relax. 

The Body Homecoming Ritual: Most women live disconnected from their physical form, viewing it as something to control rather than consult. Each morning, place your hands on your body—heart, belly, throat—and simply ask: What do you need today? What are you trying to tell me? Don't demand immediate answers.
Simply create the practice of asking.


Or treat yourself to a nice bath or massage or foot soak to treat the vessel that is getting you through this wild life. 

The Energy Clearing Sequence: Intuition flows through clear channels. Each evening, use the ancient practice of elemental release:
  • Earth: Place your palms on the ground, visualizing any heaviness draining away
  • Water: During your shower, imagine stagnant energy washing down the drain
  • Fire: Light a candle, watching limiting beliefs burn away in its flame
  • Air: Use conscious breath to create space where there was constriction
  • Ether: Sit in silence for five minutes, allowing your energy field to recalibrate

The Morning Wisdom Check-in: Upon waking, before the world intrudes, place your journal beside your bed and complete this sentence: "The truth I'm not admitting to myself is..." Write without censoring. Your half-asleep state bypasses the critical mind, allowing deeper wisdom to emerge.

By day seven, you'll notice subtle shifts—moments of unexpected clarity, physical sensations that seem to carry messages, dreams that offer guidance. These are the first language lessons in your intuitive tongue.

Step 2: Develop Your Intuitive Language (Days 8-15)

Your intuition has been speaking to you your entire life. It's time to learn its dialect.

Each woman receives intuitive information uniquely. Some see images or symbols. Others hear phrases or tones. Some feel sensations in the body. Others simply "know" without knowing how they know.

During this phase, you'll decode your personal intuitive style:

The Sensory Mapping Exercise: For three days, document every intuitive hit you receive and the sensory channel through which it arrives. Was it a tightness in your throat? A flash of an image? A word that appeared in your mind? This creates your personal dictionary of intuitive communication. Then map out if any of those sensations were your intuition or simply your body doing body things. 

The Body Scan Technique: Your body never lies, though your mind often does. Twice daily, perform a three-minute scan from crown to feet, noting sensations. When making decisions, return to this practice, asking your question and observing your body's immediate response. Does your chest expand or contract? Does your stomach knot or relax? These sensations aren't random—they're answers.

You can also learn about your human design type to see if your wisdom and intuition is located in your distinct area. This can help give you a starting point to try out and I personally have learned about myself through learning about my human design and incorporating it into my life.

The Fear vs. Intuition Differentiation Practice: The most common intuition blocker is confusing fear with guidance. Use this discernment tool: When receiving an intuitive hit, ask:
  • Does this feeling constrict or expand me?
  • Does it become stronger or weaker when I breathe into it?
  • Is it arising from past programming or present knowing?

Also doing shadow work helps to clear up any confusion on where these thoughts are coming from.

The Three-Column Intuition Journal: Create three columns labeled "Intuitive Hit," "Rational Analysis," and "Integration." Document guidance you receive, your logical assessment of the situation, and how you might honor both. This prevents the either/or thinking that blocks intuitive development.

By day fifteen, you'll have established a fundamental understanding of how wisdom speaks through you specifically.

You'll recognize the difference between anxious thinking and true knowing. You'll have begun conversing with your intuition rather than dismissing its messages.


Step 3: Test Your Intuitive Hits (Days 16-23)

Trust is built through evidence. Give your rational mind proof of your intuition's power.

Now you'll move from recognition to application, testing your intuitive faculties in real-world scenarios with increasing stakes:

The Incremental Trust Ladder: Begin with small, inconsequential decisions made purely from intuition—which route to take home, which person to call today, which task to tackle first. Document the outcome. Was your intuition leading you toward efficiency, unexpected opportunity, or necessary conversation? These small experiments build your confidence for larger leaps.

The Daily Prediction Practice: Each morning, tune into your intuition about how the day will unfold. Be specific: Who might reach out? What unexpected obstacle or opportunity might arise? What information might you receive? Check your accuracy each evening, strengthening your trust in predictive intuitive flashes.

The Intuitive Business Laboratory: Apply your developing skills to professional decisions. Before meetings, tune in to what might be left unsaid. Before launching offerings, consult your body about alignment. Before collaborating, sense the underlying energy. Document these experiments meticulously, creating evidence of your intuition's practical value.

The Relationship Resonance Check: When interacting with others, practice sensing the truth beneath their words. Does their energy match their language? What is your intuition revealing about their intentions or needs? This develops your empathic intuition—an invaluable leadership quality.

DISCLAIMER : Please don’t do any dramatic live changes that could have serious negative consequences. Don’t quit your job when you have zero savings or a job lined up or any safety net to fall into. You are still in your beginner journey of strengthening your intuition. Give it time and if it still feels right, then come up with a plan based on intuition with your best interest at heart.

By day twenty-three, you'll have accumulated concrete evidence of your intuition's accuracy. The voice that once seemed fanciful will have proven itself practical. The whisper you once dismissed will have demonstrated its wisdom.

Step 4: Integrate Intuition Into Your Decision-Making (Days 24-30)

True power emerges when intuition and analysis dance together, neither leading alone.

In this final phase, you'll weave your reclaimed intuitive intelligence with your analytical mind, creating an integrated decision-making approach:

The Intuitive Decision Matrix: For significant choices, create a four-quadrant analysis:
  • Quadrant 1: What does my rational mind say?
  • Quadrant 2: What does my intuition say?
  • Quadrant 3: What fears or conditioning might be influencing either?
  • Quadrant 4: What integrated path honors both wisdom sources?

This prevents the false dichotomy between head and heart, creating decisions that satisfy both.

The Council of Self Practice: When facing complex situations, invoke different aspects of your wisdom. Sit in meditation and consult your inner wise woman, your future self, your ideal you, your body's wisdom, and your analytical mind. Allow each voice equal respect, seeking the thread of truth that runs through all perspectives.

The Intuition Partnership: Find one trusted person with whom you can share your intuitive journey. Commit to weekly check-ins where you discuss intuitive hits, actions taken, and outcomes observed. External accountability accelerates intuitive development by combating self-doubt.
